Prof. Dr. Atef Alam Eldin Participates in the Interview Committee for Educational Leadership Positions at the Port Said Directorate of Education

Prof. Dr. Atef Alam Eldin, President of East Port Said National University and Chairman of the Port Said Board of Trustees, Parents and Teachers Council, participated in the interview committee for candidates applying for supervisory and leadership positions at the Port Said Directorate of Education for the 2026–2027 Academic Year.

Prof. Dr. Atef Alam Eldin served as a member of the committee chaired by Mr. Mahmoud Badawy, Director of the Port Said Directorate of Education, alongside a distinguished group of academic, educational, and executive leaders from the governorate. The committee's work was conducted as part of ongoing efforts to select qualified educational leaders capable of enhancing institutional performance and advancing the educational process.

The committee conducted personal interviews for candidates applying for the positions of School Principal and Deputy Principal at both the primary and secondary education levels, in accordance with professional standards aimed at evaluating candidates' competencies, leadership capabilities, and administrative experience. The process was designed to ensure the selection of the most qualified individuals capable of assuming responsibility and contributing to the achievement of educational development goals.

Prof. Dr. Atef Alam Eldin emphasized the vital role educational leaders play in shaping future generations and contributing to the nation's development. He noted that selecting highly qualified professionals for leadership positions is one of the key factors in strengthening the educational system and achieving excellence in educational institutions.
