Practical and Laboratory Training

The program provides practical and laboratory training in programming, digital systems, embedded systems, networks, machine learning, computer vision, robotics, and applied projects related to artificial intelligence and machine learning.

Huawei ICT Academy

The program is connected to training and technology opportunities through the Huawei ICT Academy at East Port Said National University, supporting training in artificial intelligence, cloud computing, networks, the Internet of Things, and modern communications.

Faculty of Engineering

Dr. Eng. Asmaa Rady Ahmed

Director of the Artificial Intelligence and Machine Learning Engineering Program

Dr. Asmaa Rady serves as Director of the Artificial Intelligence and Machine Learning Engineering Program at the Faculty of Engineering and also manages the university’s Huawei Academy branch.

She earned her PhD in Renewable Energy Engineering from the University of Exeter in the United Kingdom. Her research and applied interests include intelligent systems and their integration with renewable energy systems, desalination, engineering modeling, and improving the performance of engineering systems using modern methods.

She has academic experience in university teaching, academic supervision, engineering program management, curriculum and regulation development, and quality assurance in education, and has participated in several academic and research committees.

Her notable achievements include receiving the Newton-Mosharafa PhD scholarship in the United Kingdom, an international research fellowship at Politecnico di Torino in Italy, publishing internationally indexed research, and participating in locally and internationally funded applied research projects.
