1. Acceptance of the faculty admission application does not constitute preliminary acceptance, and admission is not considered final until approval is obtained from the Ministry of Higher Education for registration at the faculty for the 2024/2025 academic year.
2. The university is not responsible for the Ministry’s approval or rejection for any reason.
3. The reservation shall be cancelled if the Ministry issues a final rejection due to an error by the student or guardian, or due to failure to submit the originals of authenticated documents.
4. A student may not transfer from one faculty to another except in accordance with the rules of the Secretariat of the Supreme Council of Private and National Universities and after the approval of the University President. The university has the right to reject a transfer request without giving reasons.
5. The student must have studied the qualifying subjects required for the faculty to which they wish to be admitted, as determined by the Ministry of Higher Education.
6. Payment of any amount is not considered a condition for the validity of admission to the faculty for which the student is nominated, and such payment shall not be relied upon against the university if admission is rejected by the Ministry of Higher Education.
7. The second installment of tuition fees is due on the date announced by the university administration. In the event of late payment, the penalties determined by the university administration shall apply.
8. If a refund request is approved before the start of study, 10% of the tuition fees will be deducted and the student will receive only 90%.
9. If a refund request is approved after the start of study and up to one month from the start date, 50% of the tuition fees will be deducted and the student will receive only 50%.
10. Tuition fees cannot be refunded if the request is submitted more than one month after the start of study.
