East Port Said National University Organizes a Workshop on Electronic Attendance and Absence Tracking through the UniHub System

Under the patronage of Prof. Dr. Atef Alam El-Din, President of East Port Said National University, the Center for Information Systems and Technology organized a workshop today to introduce the UniHub system, with the attendance of program directors and teaching assistants from across the university. The workshop primarily focused on the electronic attendance and absence tracking system, including its mechanisms, procedures, and practical applications for lectures and practical sessions. It also introduced the key services and features provided by the UniHub system, as part of the university’s ongoing efforts to support digital transformation and enhance the electronic services provided to the university community. The workshop was delivered by Eng. Mohamed Osama, Director of the Systems and Applications Development Unit at the Center for Information Systems and Technology. He provided a practical demonstration of the system’s key features and explained how to use the electronic attendance and absence tracking services, while also answering participants’ questions regarding the various functions of the system.

The workshop is part of the Center for Information Systems and Technology’s efforts to promote the effective use of digital systems across the university and support members of the university community in adopting electronic services, contributing to a more efficient and integrated educational environment.
