Since the beginning of the era of His Excellency President Abdel Fattah el-Sisi in 2014, which marked the launch of the announcement In the New Republic, a developmental strategy for higher education was established in line with Egypt's Vision 2030. This strategy aimed to create a number of non-profit national universities to cover all regions of Egypt on one hand, and to keep pace with the steadily increasing population and fulfil students' aspirations to acquire the specialised skills required by the labour market. Among these newly established universities is East Port Said National University, which was founded on a cherished part of Egyptian soil, the beloved Sinai, to become, God willing, a driving force for development in the East Port Said region, a region that embodies the genius of place in every sense. This pristine land will be nurtured only by the loyal youth of Egypt, whom the family of East Port Said National University is honoured to welcome. The university administration seeks to equip them with the necessary knowledge and skills in their respective fields through a range of distinguished academic programmers that meet labour market requirements. The university also dedicates attention to scientific research and community development and, through its diverse activities, discovers students' talents, hones their skills and develops their abilities in pursuit of creating a distinguished generation. A bright future for our beloved Egypt. May God grant us success in serving our country.
