Acceptance of research by students of East Port Said Private Medical School among the top 97 papers at the 9th Scientific Conference of Ain Shams Medical School

As part of East Port Said National University's commitment to supporting scientific research and developing students' research capabilities, and under the patronage of Prof. Dr. Atef Alam El-Din, University President, and Dr. Sherine El-Khouly, Director of the Medicine and Surgery Program, and under the supervision of Dr. Nesreen Farouk, fourth-year Faculty of Medicine students achieved a distinguished scientific accomplishment through their participation in the activities of the Ninth Scientific Conference at the Faculty of Medicine, Ain Shams University, one of the most prominent medical conferences among faculties of medicine in Egypt.

The participation included the presentation of two distinguished scientific research papers, reflecting an advanced level of research competence and the ability to address contemporary medical issues with a direct impact on public health:

Both research papers were accepted among only 97 papers out of a total of 150 submissions, an achievement that reflects the excellence of the faculty's students and their ability to compete in prestigious scientific forums.

The conference also witnessed the attendance and participation of several faculty students from different academic years, as part of efforts to strengthen awareness of the latest scientific developments, promote understanding of the importance of scientific research, and encourage active engagement in this vital field.

This participation confirms the commitment of the Faculty of Medicine at East Port Said National University to preparing a generation of physician-researchers capable of innovation and contribution to the development of the healthcare system, in line with the state's direction toward supporting scientific research and achieving sustainable development.
