
Dr. Mostafa Madbouly, Prime Minister, made several important statements today at the conclusion of his visit to Port Said Governorate.
He was accompanied by
Lieutenant General Eng. Kamel El-Wazir, Deputy Prime Minister for Industrial Development and Minister of Industry and Transport,
Dr. Manal Awad, Minister of Local Development,
Eng. Sherif El-Sherbiny, Minister of Housing, Utilities, and Urban Communities,
Mr. Mohamed Abdel Latif, Minister of Education and Technical Education,
Major General Moheb Habashi, Governor of Port Said,
Prof. Dr. Atef Alam El-Din, former member of the Senate and University President,
Among the most important statements was his reference to the importance of developing the roads connecting to East Port Said, particularly near Salam City, known as the ferry road.
He stated that work would begin immediately on implementing this road, given its role in shortening the travel time to East Port Said to no more than half an hour. He affirmed that implementing this road will help attract further development activity to the East Port Said area.
He also approved the allocation of land for establishing university housing to serve our students.
