General Admission Requirements
The university organizes admission rules to ensure equal opportunities for all applicants who meet the required application conditions.

- Applicants must submit a certificate of completion of pre-university education, such as the Egyptian General Secondary Certificate or its equivalent.

Accepted Certificates
The university accepts certificates of completion of pre-university education and their equivalents in accordance with official rules and regulations.
Egyptian General Secondary Certificate

IGCSE

Nile International Certificate
Applicants may apply before final results are issued, provided that documents are completed immediately after the results are released.
STEM and Equivalent Certificates

Clear photocopies must be attached to the application form, and original documents must be submitted after admission to the university is completed.
- A passport-size personal photo with a white background.
- Birth certificate, national ID card, or passport.
- Secondary school completion certificate, transcript, or equivalent certificate.
- Proof of completing twelve years of schooling for applicants holding foreign certificates.
- Proof of passing international English language examinations, if available, or passing the university’s English language test.

Final University Admission Procedures
- The Education and Student Affairs Administration reviews the student’s documents to determine eligibility for admission to the selected preference.

- The university may conduct placement tests in language, digital skills, and critical thinking when required.

Academic System
The credit-hour system generally applies, except for Medicine programs, which follow an integrated system. The academic year consists of fall and spring semesters, in addition to a summer semester.

Attendance
Attendance of at least 75% of course hours is required to be eligible to sit for the final examination.
Passing Requirements
Students must achieve at least 60% of the total course grade and at least 30% of the final examination grade.
Fees and Registration
Registration and educational service fees are paid at the start of registration in accordance with the relevant decisions and regulations.
Academic Follow-Up
An academic warning begins when the semester GPA falls below 1.7. A bachelor’s degree is awarded only with a cumulative GPA of at least 2.0 after graduation requirements are fulfilled.
