Under the patronage of Prof. Dr. Atef Alam El-Din, President of East Port Said National University, and under the supervision of Assoc. Prof. Dr. Osama El-Baksawy, Director of the Computer Science Program, the Faculty of Computer Science and Information Technology launched a new knowledge initiative entitled
“Tech Shot”as part of the university's commitment to promoting technological awareness and keeping pace with rapid digital developments.
The initiative aims to provide concise and accessible scientific content that helps explain various technological concepts in a simple and direct manner, suited to an era marked by the rapid circulation of information and the need for more efficient and concise educational tools.
The Tech Shot series is based on the idea of presenting a 'one-minute insight', focusing on the core of each topic without complexity. This helps students understand technical subjects that may seem complex and saves them time and effort in accessing knowledge.
The episodes are scheduled to address diverse topics in modern technology, including AI and cybersecurity, along with other subjects aligned with labor market requirements, through a simplified approach that connects theoretical concepts with practical applications.
The series episodes will be published periodically every Thursday as part of an ongoing plan to provide renewed knowledge content that supports self-learning and helps develop students' technical thinking skills.
