In the presence of Prof. Dr. Atef Alam El-Din, University President,
together with Prof. Dr. Rasha Anany, Vice President for Academic Affairs,
and Mr. Moheb Fathy Heiba, Secretary-General of the University,
the university student union elections concluded today after a long process and a competitive race marked by transparency and integrity, resulting in the election of
student Essam Gomaa Abu Shieshaa as President of the University Student Union.

After students cast their votes in the various committees to choose their representatives in the union committees, including secretaries and assistant secretaries, the final results announced the following winners:
Scientific Committee Secretary: Omar El-Nashar - Assistant Secretary: Alaa Fayez.
Social Committee Secretary: Ahmed Wael Ali - Assistant Secretary: Malak El-Assal.
Cultural Committee Secretary: Tamer Mohamed Othman - Assistant Secretary: Omnia Salama.
Scouting and Public Service Committee Secretary: Mohamed Emad Farouk - Assistant Secretary: Omar Ahmed Haridy.
Art Committee Secretary: Ibrahim Attia - Assistant Secretary: Mariam El-Harizy.
Student Families Committee Secretary: Ahmed Ghanem - Assistant Secretary: Roaa El-Sayed.
Sports Committee Secretary: Youssef Zein Abdelrahman - Assistant Secretary: Omar El-Desouky.
Prof. Dr. Atef Alam El-Din, University President, praised the organization and the efforts made by the Student Welfare Department,
led by Mr. Ehab Abu El-Maati, Director of the Student Welfare Department, and his supporting team.
He congratulated the winning students and urged them to work together as one team to serve their fellow students and advance the university.
